Nice day at blashford, with a few distant goosanders. Large flocks of thrushes and finches. A few tufted, wigeon ducks as well. Large numbers of shoveler.No sign of black necked grebe which was seen yesterday.

Had a new patch record with a fem stonechat. A large influx of song thrushes and lapwing flock building up. Also about 7 shoveler. But generally a bit quiet
